The Human Resources Department helps to support Town of Yarmouth employees in their commitment to providing quality municipal services to the community. Our employees are key to the success of what we do each day, and we are proud of the public services that they provide. Human Resources works collaboratively with town department heads to attract and retain great employees.

Human Resources is responsible for services to employee, including recruitment and hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, contract administration, labor negotiations, leaves of absence, safety and wellness, risk and claims management, policies, and workers’ compensation.
