Yarmouth Planning Board

The Planning Board consists of 7 members who are appointed by the Town Council.  Membership is responsible for reviewing subdivisions and site plans, assisting with the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan, advising the Town Council on proposed policy changes and making recommendations to the Town Council concerning the Capital Improvement Program. Members participate as liaisons to other town committees.  

The Board generally meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7PM at the Log Cabin. Per state law, all meetings of the Planning Board are now being held in person. On August 11, 2021, the Board adopted a remote participation policy that applies to the members. The Planning Board will continue to offer remote access and participation for the public. Login details are below.
