Board and Committee Application

To serve on a committee, complete the application below. You may also send resume, details about your availability, or any special accommodations needed to the Town. All applications expire after 12 months unless renewed by the applicant. 

Town Council seeks to make balanced and representative appointments to all boards and committees. The Town does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex, religion, creed, national origin, color, physical or mental handicap.
